A CHANGE IN POST OFFICE PAYMENT OPTIONS

From 15th December 2017, the Post Office will not accept “Transcash” payments via a Giroslip

From 15th December 2017, the Post Office will not accept “Transcash” payments via a Giroslip. This means that if you currently pay your Virgin Media Business invoice via this method, you will need to start using an alternative form of payment.

 

N.B.  This payment method is being withdrawn by the Post Office only.

 

You can continue to make payments at a bank using the Giroslip on your invoice. For more information on alternative payment options visit our 'How do I pay my bill?' article.
