HOW DO I PAY MY BILL?

You can pay by Direct Debit, a debit or credit card, by cheque and by BACS

Paying by Direct debit

Just contact us. Have your bank account number, sort code and customer account number ready and we’ll take care of the rest, or you can download and complete a Direct Debit Mandate.

If you’d like to make a change to your Direct Debit or have another query, we can help you with that too.

Paying by credit/debit card

We accept all major debit and credit cards apart from American Express.  For security reasons, we can only accept card payments if you’re the cardholder.   

Alternatively, you can call us on 0800 052 0800 to make a payment over the phone. 

Paying by cheque

Cheques should be made payable to ‘Virgin Media Payments Ltd’. Please write your customer account number on the back of the cheque, attach your payment slip and pop it in the post to us at: Virgin Media Business, Business Payments, PO BOX 4459, Worthing, BN13 1XP.

Paying by BACS

BACS payments are an easy way to transfer money between accounts. When making a payment, your bank will ask for the following information:

  1. your account name (usually your company name)
  2. your invoice number
  3. Virgin Media Payments Limited Bank Account
  4. Virgin Media Payments Limited Sort Code

The Virgin Media Payment details can be found on the back of your invoice.

You can either email it to bacspayments@virginmedia.co.uk or send it to:

Please allow seven to ten working days for the payment to go through.
