Remote Ethernet Loopbacks

You can now use our National Ethernet and Ethernet Extension services with a Remote Ethernet loopback. This means that when a service is delivered or when a fault occurs, you can remotely test the circuit immediately in-house without needing support from us. This loopback is applied to circuits when delivered, upgraded and as part of our faults process.
Giving you this control saves you valuable time and money as it reduces or removes the need to send out your own engineers, and reduces the need for your equipment on site.
