Request a copy bill

We’d like to remind you of our charging when requesting copy invoices.  These are available at a charge of £7.50 per invoice, per account and will show under the line item of ‘Copy bill charge’ within the ‘Adjustments’ section of your invoice.

Again, this can be completely avoided should you choose to receive your billing online via MyBill.  Registering is really simple and only takes a couple of minutes.  Just visit www.virginmediabusiness.co.uk/mybill-register.

However, if you would still like to request a copy invoice, please click here , select ‘Bill Enquiry’, then ‘Request Copy Bill’ from the dropdown menu and fill in the required information as prompted.  The charge referenced above will be applied to your next invoice.
