Let’s see if the fault is with the line or the machine. Plug a working phone directly into the line without using any splitters, and try calling a line you know is working. If you get through, it’s a hardware problem and you should contact your supplier. If the test call doesn’t work, use another line and get in contact with us. We’ll get to the bottom of it.
