I CAN’T PROCESS PAYMENTS ON MY PDQ MACHINE

Let’s identify the problem:

  1. Make sure the PDQ machine is the only piece of equipment plugged directly into the line.
  2. If payments are still refusing to process, plug a working phone directly into the line and make a call. If this works, there’s a problem with the PDQ machine and you should contact your supplier.
  3. If the call doesn’t work, it’s the line that has a fault, contact us now and we’ll fix it for you.
