Voicemail site feature

In this short video, we’ll be taking a look at how to set up the Voicemail feature in the Business Portal.

This feature allows the Business Portal Administrator to configure whether voicemail is on or off for each site, regardless of whether a user has this feature in their license pack. By default, voicemail is set to on and needs to stay on if there are any users with Fixed and Mobile user licenses on the system.
