Our Business Broadband service is designed for normal business needs for Internet access. This includes web browsing, sending and receiving e-mails and intermittent downloading of data (but not continuous download). It is not designed for sustained high data throughput in either direction.
 

If you require sustained high data download or upload capability then our other products, such as Managed Internet Access (MIA), may be more suitable. MIA provides dedicated user capacity and an improved service level over Business Broadband.
 

Use of the service is subject to Virgin Media Business Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and further information is available from www.virginmediabusiness.co.uk. The policy outlines what uses would be considered unacceptable. It also explains that we might apply controls to the service overall or to individual customers to ensure that load on the network is balanced and that individual customer actions do not unduly impact other customers. These controls might be applied continuously or just during periods of high demand
