Here, in the first of a three-part series about the service, our Cloud Voice expert, Tim Patchett, reveals what’s on the horizon and why MLEs would be mad to miss out.

So, what’s in store if you opt for Cloud Voice. Crucially, we manage the service, leaving you free to concentrate on what matters. From start to finish, front to back, we’ll take responsibility for everything on the network.

 “All the functionality customers had with a traditional Public Branch Exchange (PBX) is being replaced and brought in-house and into the cloud,” explains Tim. “We have multiple instances on servers in data centres, so if one goes down, the other kicks in straight away.”
