Follow these steps if you’re not getting an internet connection.

  1. Check the configuration of your router, light status and Radius logins according to your manufacturer’s manual. If you can’t find your manual, contact us so we can help.
  2. If the configuration is correct and you’re still having problems, try swapping the microfilter (image below).
