If you are having problems with your 50mb broadband product, it could be related to your Super Hub.
Follow these three steps to get your Super Hub back to full speed.
- If the unit is freestanding, make sure it’s positioned upright to allow air circulation around it.
- Check for metal objects near the hub as these can block the signal. Move it away from filing cabinets or construction materials like foil backed plasterboard or dense walls.
- Check to see if the coaxial cable is screwed into the unit. A loose cable can impact performance.
