BUSINESS MOBILE - USE YOUR MOBILE ABROAD
We’ve recently sent some of our customers a new SIM card to enable their roaming network services while travelling outside of the UK. If you have received a new SIM card, please ensure you insert it into your mobile device before 1st July 2021 so you can continue to use roaming services while abroad. If you travel abroad before your new SIM is activated then you will not be able to use our roaming services. WIFI services will still be available to use and this change will not impact using your mobile services in the UK.

Work on the go within the EU
Whether you’ve got a business meeting abroad, or simply want to check your work emails while you travel, you can use your mobile in the EU – and pay no more for your texts, data and minutes than you would in the UK thanks to Roam Like Home (subject to our acceptable use policy).
What’s more, you’ll pay nothing extra for calling and messaging other phones in the EU. And if you go over your allowances, run out of credit or need more data, you’ll still pay no more than you would back home. Plus we’ll cap your data roaming usage at £42 (excluding VAT).
Out of allowance?
If your allowance has run out while you’re in the EU, you can still use your mobile and pay no more for your minutes, texts and data than you would in the UK, subject to fair use limits.
