ENGAGE - ORDER TRACKING IMPROVEMENTS
Providing you with more meaningful Order Tracking data
We’ve taken customer feedback and improved our Order Tracker information. Here’s the detail of the changes……
Order Tracking: when you view your saved orders in Engage, in addition to the order summary, you’ll also be able to see the delivery status of your order at a site level.
The Order Tracker export functionality has been updated so that your order confirmation and delivery date are automatically populated. The date you submitted your order will also be shown within this export.
We need to let you know that orders that are part of a larger project managed installation will not be included in the Order Tracker report. Instead, you’ll receive regular updates about these orders via your dedicated Project Manager.
