Refer a Business: Claim £50 for referring a business to Virgin Media Business on Fixed Broadband products. The Business must purchase via the Virgin Media Telesales channel. Customers can claim £50 each for successful referral purchases. Reward paid by BACS or PayPal after the Business service has been installed, which can take up to 3 months. Reward must be claimed within 12 months of the new customers original installation date. This offer is for new Virgin Media Business customers only. You cannot refer an existing customer or anyone who’s had Virgin Media Business services within the last 6 months. All data will be collected, stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, as well Virgin Media’s partner, Aklamio, please see further infromation in their Privacy Policy.

You can see how much you’ve earnt by signing in to your referral account with Virgin Media Business's referral partner, Aklamio. Once your referral is successful Aklamio will contact you with details of how to create your payment account with them.
Where can I get an overview of my rewards?
You can check out an overview of your referrals, their status, and the rewards you’ve earned by signing into your referral account with Virgin Media Business’s referral partner, Aklamio. Aklamio will email you with details of how to create your referral account and they'll keep you updated with the status of your payment, such as when you referral account is credited from a successful referral.
How and when will my business and I receive our cash reward?
The business you refer will also be eligible for the reward at the same time as you are. After the business has had their services installed for 30 days, you’ll both be eligible for a reward providing they’ve not cancelled their new contract within this time.
We’ll send your rewards to Virgin Media Business’s referral partner, Aklamio. In some cases, it can take up to 3 months after your business referral's services have been installed for Aklamio to pop the reward in your referral accounts. Aklamio will contact you when the rewards have been confirmed, and both of you can have it paid into either your bank account or PayPal account at any time from your referral accounts.
Can I refer any Virgin Media Business or Volt Package?
Refer a business works for any Virgin Media business broadband service. There are a few offers that you can’t refer friends to, including Virgin Mobile, Family & Friends, Mates Rates, My Rates, Tribe, Partner Rates and any contract less than 12 months.
If your friend wants to get Virgin Media Business, just check they’re able to receive our services in their area. If you're not sure, visit our shop and check which services they can get (you’ll need their postcode and address).
I'm not a Virgin Media Business customer. Can I still recommend a business?
Yes, you can! We make sure we reward everyone who successfully refers someone to us.
How do I find out what the amount for each reward is?
Rewards can vary from time to time, usually you will receive £50 and the business you refer will receive £50, unless otherwise stated when you make the referral to us.
What should I do if I've forgotten my log in details?
Don’t panic – you can easily reset your referral account password on the Aklamio website.
How can I claim my reward?
1. When your business referral is successful and an installation date has been confirmed, our partner Aklamio will invite you to create a payment account with them.
2. Create your account with your email address and password.
3. To check the referral status, log in with your user name and password.
4. Click on your user account name, which opens a menu - click on Account Balance.
5. You will then be taken to the Payout menu where you can have your confirmed rewards paid out via PayPal or bank transfer.
Do I need a referral code?
If you've been referred to us using our referral link we manage the referral process automatically and so you don’t need any codes. If you have any queries that can't be solved using the Aklamio portal, you can contact Aklamio at virgin-media@aklamio.com
