No limits on bandwidth
With Managed Internet Access you’ll only pay for the bandwidth you need.
So if you choose a 100 Mbit/s bearer but only need 10 Mbit/s of bandwidth that’s all you’ll pay for.
And if demand on your network changes, you can scale up to use the full bandwidth.
But if you want bandwidth liberation, choose our Big Red Internet solution and get full access to all the bandwidth on 100 Mbit/s and 1 Gbit/s bearers for a fixed annual fee.

No hassle
From providing the hardware to monitoring the performance of your connection we’ll take care of everything.
We’ll proactively monitor your network 24/7, giving you the access to our online portal where you can track the performance of your connection.
If there’s a problem on our network we’ll receive an instant alarm so we can fix the problem. All your configurations will be backed up so we can respond as quickly as possible.
Keep your organisation running
Make sure your connection is always on with our resilience options.
Choose two independent connections to our network so if one connection fails, you’ll automatically switch to the other. We have loads of back-up options, including secondary leased line connections, or choose our lower-cost business broadband back-up on ADSL or cable modem connections.
We’re the only provider in the UK with a cable modem back-up option, giving you a connection of up to 50 Mbit/s download and 5 Mbit/s upload.
You’ll also get access to our SMTP backup service as a secondary server to your mail server. So if your primary email server is ever unavailable, our server will continue to receive emails for you. And once you’re back up and running, we’ll forward your emails to your primary server.

Everything taken care of
We’ll register or transfer any domain names on your behalf and host them on our primary and secondary DNS servers. And we’ll even ensure that domain name records are kept up to date.
For additional cost, we can also deploy a VPN (Virtual Private Network) in conjunction with your Managed Internet Access so you’ll be able to safely connect your remote sites, workers, customers and partners to your network.
Choose from IPSec or SSL to connect your sites and get a cost-effective private network through your Internet connection.
You’ll also be able to control who has access to your network with our managed authentication services.
Lower the risk of lost or stolen passwords and manage your users with token-based authentication so your network is only used by the right people.
