what’s happening within your IPVPN service, which can be used to
manage and scale the network (e.g. QoS or circuit bandwidths) as

services, which range in speed from 64kbps to 1 Gbps.
- Any-to-any networking environment - managing

Service details
- IPVPN combines the privacy of an ATM and Frame Relay solution
with the flexibility and ease of connectivity of IP, plus the
ability to support different types of traffic, each with its own
performance SLA.
- We can offer ‘hub and spoke’ virtual private networks (VPNs),
any-to-any connectivity VPNs and partial-mesh, providing special
connectivity between specific sites, as well as overlapping
VPNs.
- IPVPN is available nationwide. Connectivity from your site to
our network is provided using a combination of Virgin Media
Business and BT tail circuits, at speeds up to 1Gb. Traffic is
routed via the access circuit, connecting your site to the Virgin
Media Business £13bn network.
- The service is terminated by a router on your premises,
providing a managed IPVPN service up to your LAN. And the entire
service is managed by us to ensure the highest possible uptime and
best possible end-to-end performance for your traffic.
- And if you or your network partner wants to handle your router
supply, configuration and management, we’re the people to speak to.

Reporting
We work with you to define the reporting that you require and
have developed customer-friendly templates to support this.
Reporting on IPVPN and National Ethernet service and network
performance is available through a dedicated web portal provided by
Infovista. This helps us to monitor your network performance and to
verify it against your service level agreement.

a pure IP environment. We can also offer our LAN and converged IP
