fast remote response to reported faults, or onsite attendance with
some of the most stringent Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
available today.
And it doesn’t stop there. Carrier Pre-Select and Wholesale Line
Rental services, for example, let you connect to our network and
get some of the most competitive tariffs on the market, while
retaining your existing numbers. As this service is delivered over
a BT line, you don't necessarily need to be on our network to make
a huge dent in your phone bills.
Just leave it to us
Making the move is really easy. All you need do is tell us which
numbers you want to switch, along with the billing postcode and
we’ll take care of the rest. You’ll then only pay line rental to
your service operator, while we bill you for all call charges.
And to make sure we’re always one step ahead, we constantly
review our tariffs against key competitors to try to ensure you
always receive excellent value for money.

Our deal gives you business phone line and rental all included
in the monthly price alongside broadband (some suppliers charge you
separately for the monthly phone rental). We also offer a built-in
calling package where you can enjoy unlimited calls to UK local,
regional and national destinations plus many international
landlines. And (great news) calls to 0845 and 0870 numbers are also
included.

We’ll happily tailor a solution to fit your requirements and
we’ll always do our best to match your budget. For example, many of
our customers have also taken advantage of our bundled options for
phone and broadband internet access or for supplementing your voice
lines with our Telebusiness numbers. And that includes via
Freephone (0800) numbers, using 0845 for your customer service

If you’re not near our network, no worries
- Carrier Pre-Select (CPS) is a telephony service that gives you
low call usage charges without making any changes to your existing
telephone lines (available on Wholesale Line Rental or BT lines).
CPS is available nationwide, provided you’re connected to a BT
local exchange.
- Wholesale Line Rental (WLR) lets you also transfer the
ownership of your existing lines to us, saving you money on your
phone bill, coupled with the convenience of receiving only one bill
for your phone line(s) and calls. You can transfer both your
Business Phone Lines and ISDN digital lines - basic and primary
rate - to our WLR service with ease.

Getting up and running
A Business Phone Line supports a single analogue telephone call,
a fax connection or a 56Kb dial up connection to the internet.
Installation
The moment you order your service from us, we’re on to it. We’ll
call you briefly to make sure we know exactly what you want, and
then get to work on delivering it. And you’ll always know where
we’ve got to, because we’ll keep you well in the loop.”Once we hear
from you, we follow up with a phone call to talk things over. We’ll
then install the service at the earliest opportunity, provided
you’re within an area we can service.
If you move to a different location, once your line has been
installed, you’ll be able to transfer service if you’re still
within our network area. If network coverage isn’t available in
your new location, not a problem; we can offer alternative
solutions such as Wholesale Line Rental. Just contact us on 0800
953 0180 to discuss the options available to you in more
detail.
Carrier Pre-Select
Carrier Pre-Select (CPS) gives you the flexibility to choose
which calls you want to route (with certain exceptions, such as
call barring).
Routing options
You can use CPS to route any of the following voice traffic:
- All calls
- National calls only
- International calls only
- International and national calls.
Special numbers
Short code calls such as operator calls, emergency services e.g.
100, 999, 112 and numbers for unmetered internet access such as
0844 04 and 0808 99 are unaffected by CPS.
Retained features
CPS gives you the benefit of continuing to enjoy the extra line
features that you might currently receive from your service
provider, such as voicemail.
Using calling features
To use our calling features, you’ll need a touchtone phone
(those that play different tones as you dial). Some phones can
switch between 'tone' and 'pulse' dialling; with these phones you
have to be sure that they’re set to Multi-Frequency (MF). It’s also
important that the phone is set to Time Break Recall (TBR)..
