Student Services
The Connect.ed calling card service will cease to be supplied at
the end of this summer. This is following a review of our product
portfolio, highlighting that it is no longer viable for us to
support this service. Given this, we'd like to remind you to make
sure you use up any outstanding credit on the service before then.

Please note that all other services currently offered
by Virgin Media Business are not affected by this
withdrawal. We will continue to offer all other services and
solutions that support the running of your faculty. The following FAQs relate to those services.
