Want to make cloud computing work harder for your business? Our carrier-grade connectivity makes it simple so you can focus on delivering business improvements.
If it’s done right, business cloud computing can set you free – giving you the time and hassle-free infrastructure you need to really innovate.
Getting the most from cloud computing depends on one key building block – connectivity. If your connection isn’t up to the job, even the best hosted services and applications won’t deliver the performance they’re capable of.
Keep your business cloud services running at their best
If you’re struggling for freedom from bandwidth burdens, we’ll support you every step of the way.
Virgin Media Business has the UK’s only nationwide fibre network, giving you access to carrier-grade connectivity across the country. Even Big Red Internet, the unconstrained internet service, offers unrestrained bandwidth across our super high speed network.
How we can help
If your current cloud solution is proving more of a cloud problem, we can help – whether it’s colocation in one of our high-specification local data centres or a full Virtual Private Data Centre (VPDC). We don’t believe one size fits all, and we’ll help you explore all the options to get the most from the cloud.

What are my connection options?

All you need in order to access our VPDC is an internet connection. You have the choice of four secure connectivity options:
Public internet
Managed Internet Access or Big Red Internet
Managed Internet Access with Managed Security Services
A virtual private network connection

Where will my data be stored?

Your data is kept in a secure, resilient data centre in the UK. All our sites meet or exceed industry standard security requirements as well as criteria outlined by the Uptime Institute, and are regularly audited. We even store fuel on site for our backup generators.

Will the VPDC scale with my business?

Yes, as your business evolves, or experiences seasonal peaks and troughs, you can scale your services up and down based on your unique needs.
