- Speech recognition allows callers to use natural speech commands to gain access to the required individuals within the business.
- Callers can get connected and directly transferred to whoever they want to speak to by dialling the same single telephone number and simply saying the name of the individual or department.
- Applications that add complementary functionality to Cisco IP telephones. Enhanced directory information can be accessed by users through this telephone interface.
