Bespoke tailoring
We’ll happily tailor response and fix times to suit your needs, especially at key locations like data centres, call centres and major offices. Our support services include advanced hardware replacement for customers who have in-house expertise for equipment substitution but want to avoid investing in spare equipment. This can include having an engineer on site within two hours and guaranteed hardware fixes within four hours.
If you don’t have in-house resources for equipment substitution and capital for spare equipment, you may find this option particularly attractive. Alternatively, we can store dedicated spares on your premises and have engineers permanently on site, helping to maximise network uptime and free up your own IT resources.
Both short term and long term contracts are available as well as options for different days of cover, hours of cover and fix times. This can all be mixed within a single contract to help you strike the right balance between cost and network performance.
Managed services
We also provide managed service options for the monitoring and management of your LAN (saving you time and money). These can include remote monitoring, remote problem diagnosis, statistics collation, remote configuration and changes. Naturally, this can be combined with maintenance services to provide a full support package.

Hardware replacement... standing by
- Telephone advice and guidance - when we receive an incident call, we spring into action. First off, one of our engineers will provide you with assistance or guidance on the supported products. We’ll also help in the diagnosis of faults over the phone. If a hardware problem is identified against a supported hardware item, the necessary spares will be despatched to your site, in line with the hours of cover provided by the contract.
- Equipment spares - we’ll supply the required spare within the designated time. Through our comprehensive spares logistics operation, supported by 20 depots throughout the UK, your premises are no further than four hours from our nearest depot.
- Software error correction - many network related faults are due to defective network software. We’ll make the latest maintenance release of software or firmware available to you. Installation by our engineers can be provided as an incremental cost.
- Asset recording- we’ll keep a record of each item that’s held under maintenance and the level of cover provided. This ensures there’s always a current record of network equipment supported by a maintenance contract.
- Fix timescales - when it comes to onsite support, options are available for eight-hour fix or six-hour fix based on replacement of a defective unit. Just talk to us about what’s right for you.
