Payphone Access Levy FAQs

From 1 January 2010, any calls received on 0800 numbers originating from payphones will incur a 12 pence per minute charge in addition to the standard 0800 charge.

New enhancements for disk bill customers

From 21 January 2009 we made significant enhancements to our disk bills and daily rated online hosting capabilities. In addition to supplying you with your usual disk bill, we’re also able to offer access to our online Billing Portal, which is a secure and interactive online solution for viewing and analysing your invoices and statements.
