We’ve made purchasing our telecommunication services through the JANET(UK) Telecommunication Framework much easier. This means that communication between a prospective framework user and a member of our Public Sector Sales Team is managed efficiently and accurately.
You simply email your requirements to a member of our Frameworks Support and Information team. Receipt of your request will be acknowledged within 24 hours and assigned to one of our Public Sector Account Managers, who will then contact you to confirm your specific requirements and provide a quote if required.
In order for us to provide you with a quote, it helps if you give us as much detailed information as possible. The example below shows the information we require to give you a quote for a standard point-to-point wide area network connection;
- Full postal address of site A and site B
- Bandwidth requirement.
- Required contract term.
We appreciate that in some situations your business may have a more complex requirement so, to assist with this, the account manager dealing with your enquiry will be able to engage the services of our pre-sales team to help qualify and define your specific solution requirements. This is of course free of charge and without obligation.

 Business Broadband
Our super fast fibre optic broadband network is capable of downloading high quality music files of about 5Mb in 9 seconds over a 10Mb connection and 4 seconds over a 20Mb. With access to our UK based dedicated Business Support Team on a 24/7 (0800) FreePhone number and up to five email addresses and a company domain name (based on your business name) with storage of up to 60Mb, we know our performance is award winning.

Ethernet Extensions (EE)
Ethernet Extensions provide affordable, dedicated, point to point circuits at Ethernet bandwidths of 10, 100 and 1000Mb, between two locations. We’ve also been delivering Ethernet Extensions to wholesale and business customers for over a decade now. We've installed around 11,000 circuits to date. There’s dedication for you.

Ethernet Extensions+ (EE+)
The Next Generation Ethernet Extension+ is a new service packed with enhancements that include up to seven Classes of Service (CoS), and optional web based performance management reporting. Ethernet Extensions+ is available nationally between sites that are up to 25km apart with flexible bandwidth increments from 10Mb to 1Gb. A big plus.

Ethernet VPN (EVPN)
Ethernet VPN’s affordable high throughput of data has allowed our customers to open up their networks, leaving them free to deploy new services like IP CCTV, disaster recovery provision and Voice over IP. EVPN networking also delivers both voice and data traffic, with the ability to prioritise traffic flow, as well as the flexibility and security to meet the needs, timescales and budget of your business. This is all supported by the specialist network expertise of our project and service managers.

IPVPN

Leased Lines
Our point to point Leased Line connections (also known as Private Circuits) are just the job if you require dedicated, always-on, fixed bandwidth connectivity between two points; to transport data, internet or voice traffic.
