Ross Gordon
People Director
Ross Gordon was appointed People Director at Virgin Media Business in February 2011. As a member of the senior management team, Ross is responsible for delivering the People strategy in support of the business plan.
Ross has over 11 years of experience in strategic and operational HR as well as performance management and learning and development Ross joined Virgin Media Business from the consumer side of the organisation, Virgin Media, where he was Head of Talent & Development for Customer and Networks. Prior to this he held senior Learning & Organisational Performance roles at both T-Mobile UK and beCogent.
Ross graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
