As Customer Service Director of Virgin Media Business, and a member of the senior management team, Phil is passionate about delivering brilliant service to our 60,000 corporate, public sector and wholesale customers across the UK.
With personnel based across 23 regional offices, including specialist service desk, regional service management and central customer relations teams, you’ll often find Phil on the move.
Phil has more than 20 years of experience in business communications. Since joining us in 1998, Phil has held senior operations, technical and commercial roles. Phil studied Engineering and Business Management at Newcastle University and London Business School.
