Paul Mitchell
Director for Billing & Collection Services
Paul Mitchell was appointed Director of Billing and Collection Services at Virgin Media Business in September 2010. As part of the senior management team, Paul is responsible for making sure customers receive an accurate and timely bill for all of their business products and services and driving improvement in customer experience throughout the billing and collection cycle.
Paul joined Virgin Media Business in May 2010 bringing with him over 15 years of leadership experience with global brands such as Microsoft and Vodafone.
He began working in telecoms in 2003 at Cable & Wireless and most recently held the position of Director, Customer Experience at BT Global Services.
