Julie Agnew
Director for Business Provisioning & Access Planning
Julie Agnew was appointed Director for Business Provisioning & Access Planning at Virgin Media Business in February 2010. In this role, Julie is responsible for planning network resources and matching this against the present and future requirements of our business customers.
As a result of more than nine years working with the company, Julie has had a vast amount of operational experience at Virgin Media. She spent the first part of her career at Virgin Media running the call centres; in particular the Customer Service, Fault Management and Technical Service Centres. Following this, Julie took on a new challenge as Director for Field Installations. This role then progressed into Field Operations Director for the North and North West and during her two years in these field roles she quickly gained an in-depth knowledge of the field and access planning.
Julie joined Virgin Media in 2001 from Kingston Communications where she was Client Services Director. Prior to this she held business roles at Thus Plc and Database Direct.
At Virgin Media Business, Julie reports into Paul Buttery, Chief Customer & Networks Officer.
