Dave Eddy
Director, Business Operations
Dave Eddy was appointed Director, Business Operations in October, 2009. Dave has responsibility for the Business Assure and Network provisioning functions at Virgin Media Business. He is responsible for ensuring the highest level of network innovation and performance for Virgin Media Business customers across its entire service line.
Dave joined Virgin Media in 2004 from financial services network specialist Radianz where he was Director of Operations Quality Assurance. Since then, Dave has held several roles within Virgin Media, including Head of Access Network Operations and Head of Service Assurance. In an extensive career within the technology and telecoms sector, Dave has also held senior roles at Nortel Networks and BAE Systems.
