Andrew Sangster

As Director, Customer Solutions and member of the Virgin Media Business senior management team, Andrew Sangster is responsible for design and delivery of customer solutions and transition management, helping our customers transform their businesses.
Andrew’s extensive experience across the telecoms industry includes leading global product teams at Vodafone and holding the position of Managing Director of International & Carrier Services in Cable & Wireless. Andrew spent several years in roles spanning customer service, product development, marketing, planning and regulatory in Vodafone, Cable & Wireless and Mercury Communications as well as more recent interim roles leading major programmes.
Andrew holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and an MA in Applied Economics from the University of Leeds.
