In business sales there’s a good chance you’ll
do more listening than talking. Only when you have a real
understanding and feel for a customer’s business can you advise
them on the best course of action. You won’t be selling products,
you’ll be offering business solutions. That’s why your relationship
with our customers is key. Every one is different, so every call is
different too. That’s what makes the job so exciting. You’ll have
to think on your feet and adapt to constantly changing
circumstances. But don’t worry, once you’ve finished your training,
you’ll be more than ready to meet the challenge.
Account Managers. The public face of
the business.
You’ll be responsible for directly managing
our relationship with a range of customers. You’ll need to
understand their business needs — and how you go about this will be
up to you. You’ll look after existing customers, and you’ll also be
expected to cultivate new ones. We’ll give you the freedom to
develop and grow, taking your customers with you. If you really
want to make your mark, you’ll flourish in this environment.
Telesales executives. Right at the
cutting edge.
This isn’t one for shrinking violets. You’ll
either be calling existing customers about our latest products and
services, or potential customers who’ve recently received our
marketing material. If targets are what get you out of bed in the
morning, then this may well be the job for you.taste for sales, and
who are keen to learn more. You may be calling potential customers
who’ve already received our marketing materials, or speaking to
existing customers to bring them up-to-date with new offers. Either
way, you'll be talking to a receptive audience, and targets are
highly achievable.
